Shipping Policy

Better Days Co. offers products that may be made to order. For made-to-order items, production time is separate from shipping transit time. Delivery timing varies by product, destination, and fulfillment location. If you need an item by a specific date, contact us before ordering at thebetterdaysco@outlook.com.

Shipping rates and destinations

Available shipping destinations, options, and charges are displayed at checkout after you enter your delivery address. Rates vary by the products in your cart and their shipping profiles. Orders containing products from different shipping profiles may have combined shipping charges.

For products covered by our General shipping profile, US Standard shipping is $8 and is free on qualifying orders of $70 or more. US Express shipping for those products is $15. These rates and the free-shipping threshold do not apply storewide. Products in separate Printful shipping profiles have their own shipping rates, displayed at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Production, carrier delays, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances may affect arrival times. Products fulfilled separately may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

International orders

International shipping is available where offered at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, or other destination-country charges may apply. Review any charges shown at checkout and your country's import requirements before ordering.

Delivery address and order changes

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. For address corrections, cancellations, or other changes, email thebetterdaysco@outlook.com as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production or fulfillment has started.

Shipping problems

If your order is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but has not arrived, contact thebetterdaysco@outlook.com with your order number so we can help investigate. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please refer to our Refund Policy.
